The car park opens 15 minutes prior to the centre opening and closes 15 minutes after the shops close.

When you are collecting your package, the store will also give you a car park voucher that is valid for the Cascades multi story car park.
The ticket is only valid for the day you collect your package.
The car park stays open till 11pm for Spoon customers. Spoon customers receive 3 hours free parking when using the restaurant in the evening, speak to staff to obtain your parking voucher.
The Cascades multi-storey car park operates a “Pay on foot on exit” system; payment is accepted either by cash or credit/debit card at the machines within the car park. Parking may be purchased in one hour increments; vehicles parked between 5-10 hours will be charged at a rate £13.00.
Please note: The car park is locked overnight and there is no overnight parking available; any vehicle left overnight will be subject to a penalty charge of £25 + standard day rate.
