12 Day of Christmas at Cascades Competition Terms & Conditions
Open to all entries within the Portsmouth area except those involved in the administration of the competition, employees, agents, and their employees or family members of Cascades and its promotional partners.
Only one entry per person per day will be accepted.
Entrants must be aged 18 years old and over.
There will be one winner selected daily at random between 9th December 2024 to 20th December 2024.
False and/or deceptive entries shall render entry ineligible. Cascades does not hold responsibility for any abusive content posted on Facebook or Instagram or any social media platform.
No travel costs or expenses incurred in collecting or using the prize will be covered. The prize is provided by a third party and the promoter has no responsibility for its onward use.
All entrants' details may be used in promotional activity/materials and the winners may be required to participate in promotional activity related to this competition.
The competition is promoted by Cascades and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
Entry to the competition is deemed as FULL ACCEPTANCE of these Terms & Conditions.
The value of prizes varies depending on which day’s prize is won. Cascades reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equivalent value if the original is no longer available. The prize cannot be exchanged or refunded.
By entering this competition, you are providing your information to Cascades You may occasionally be contacted by Cascades via email. You have the right to opt-out of receiving further marketing materials by either unsubscribing to our e-newsletters or contacting Cascades.
The winners will be picked and contacted within 7 days of the competition closing date.
The winners will have 7 days to accept the prize. The prize will need to be collected from the centre.
